Enabling VERBOSE to troubleshoot securing the OEM 10g Grid Control Agent

Summary
Sometimes the Agent may not secure, and the information logged to secure.log is not enough to assist in troubleshooting. In this case, enabling VERBOSE can help.

Details
1. Enable verbose by performing the following, then secure the Agent: 
set EM_SECURE_VERBOSE=true
emctl secure agent

You should see output similar to the following: 
Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Release 10.2.0.1.0.
Copyright (c) 1996, 2005 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.
Enter Agent Registration password :
Agent is already stopped... Done.
Securing agent... Started.
Requesting an HTTPS Upload URL from the OMS... Failed.
The OMS is not set up for Enterprise Manager Security.

However, now more detailed information should appear in secure.log.
