When logging in to the BPEL Console after a recent restart, you may get the following error:
    No domains accessible to the user logged in

1. This can be due to a typo in $ORACLE_HOME/bpel/system/config/jgroups-protocol.xml.

This happened to me once due to an accidental typo in the file above, but potentially it could be caused by other configuration files.

Be sure to check recently updated configuration files for typos, misplaced comments, or syntactically incorrect changes.
